The Micro Cig Micromizers x7 is a new style of cartomizer developed and manufactured by Microcig.  The x7 Micromizer is an innovatively  designed XL cartomizer system with the coil at the bottom  producing pure and plentiful vapor as well as superb flavour thanks to the expanded surface area of the coil.  Quick and easy to  refill (with a syringe), the Micromizer has dual LED's inside the cartomizer for a brand new and stylish vaping experience. If you are using a bigger 14mm battery you may like to add a cone cover to streamline the look and protect your micromizer (micromizer is appx. 9mm). Standard ego cones do not fit over the x7.

Note: This product includes one drip tip only  (black). Also requires a syringe kit for filling - add one here or purchase separately.

Important: When filling always use the rubber cap provided to seal the connection end of the micromizer. This will prevent leakage when filling

  Filling Instructions
  1. Place rubber cap over base/battery connection end of cartomizer. This is important to prevent e-liquid leaking through the bottom of the cartomizer as air is displaced by filling. Never fill when connected to a battery. 
  2. Fill a syringe with your favourite e-liquid (up to 1.3ml).
  3. Insert needle down the side of the cartomizer from the top end (not through the hole you see in the centre - this is the vapour tube that you  inhale the vapour through) and slowly inject the liquid. Take care not to overfill.
  4. Replace/insert drip tip. These are a tight fit and can be tricky the first time you do it but they do fit.
  5. Carefully and gently remove rubber cap. Wipe off any liquid from the connection  with a tissue before attaching to your battery.
  6. Allow to rest for a few minutes before use to allow the e-liquid to fill the atomizing chamber.

Use and care of  your Micro Cig  X7 Micromizer

Your X7 Micromizer is sold as a single use cartomizer. However, with proper care it can in practice be refilled and used at least 4-8 times before it needs replacing. The amount of use obtained will vary according to the brand and flavour of E-Liquid used (different mixes will vary in viscosity which can impact upon performance and lifespan) and the frequency with which you use each cartomizer.  Adhering to the following guidelines will prolong the life of your X7 Micromizer

• Do not allow the cartomizer to run dry. Refill before it appears to be emptyto avoid damage to the atomizer coil.
• Do not puff continuously on your e-cig.  Allow time between puffs for the wick to carry liquid to the atomizer coil.  A slight pause between puffs of at least 30 seconds is recommended.
• Before filling attach the rubber cover provided to the atomizer/battery end to prevent leakage during filling.
• Do not overfill the cartomizer.  It will hold 1.3ml of liquid but we recommend filling with no more than 1.2ml at any time. Where possible use a dedicated cartomizer for each flavour of E-Liquid.
• After filling let the cartomizer stand for a few minutes before use. This allows the E-Liquid to flow to the atomizer coil.
• After filling and before use, check that E-Liquid has not been spilled onto the outside of the cartridge and clean as necessary.
• Take care not to over-tighten the cartomizer on the battery. This may cause damage and leakings.
• In normal use the cartomizer should not feel hot. If you detect excessive heat ensure the cartridge contains E-Liquid and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
• If a cartridge containing liquid has not been used for several hours or more, gently shake the cartomizer to ensure the E-Liquid is well mixed. Liquid not used within 7 days should be discarded.
• You can run water through the cartomizer to clean it. After rinsing blow through the filling hole to expel remaining water and dry carefully. We recommend using a hair dryer or similar to dry thoroughly.
• Use a VG based or PG/VG based E-Liquid wherever possible. PG only based E-Liquid is less viscous and more likely to leak, especially as the cartomizer becomes worn with use.
• Inspect  the connection end of the cartomizer and the battery terminal frequently and remove any dirt or moisture that is detected with a dry lint free cloth (see battery safety information).
• Keep both filled and empty cartridges away from children and pets at all times.
