About Juicy Vapor E-Liquid - Available in the UK only from Switch2.ecigs.com!
Juicy Vapor e-liquid is manufactured (AEMSA certified) in the USA from 100% US sourced ingredients. We believe their E-Liquid is among the best available today in terms of quality, and way ahead of the nearest rival in terms of the number of flavours available - presently over 900 and growing. Although importing from the USA means we have to charge a little more, we think you’ll find it is worth every penny. And remember, while it may cost a little more than some e-liquid brands, it still works out to be a fraction of the cost of cigarettes. 20 ml of e-liquid at £9.99 is equivalent to at least 200 tobacco cigarettes which retail in the UK at somewhere between £80 - £90. So why pinch pennies buying cheaper, inferior quality e-liquid?
At Switch2 we sell the “reduced PG variety”, with a blend of Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerine (VG) being the principal ingredients. We believe that this mix works best in an electronic cigarette as the PG provides excellent flavour transfer and the VG helps produce thicker, denser vapour. Therefore it resembles the smoking experience of a tobacco cigarette by delivering a strong flavour and a good throat hit.
Of course to create all their delicious flavours, Juicy Vapor uses natural and artificial flavourings and colourings, and sometimes alcohol depending on the specific flavour. Your Juicy Vapor E-Liquid may therefore contain some or all of the following ingredients;
Natural & artificial flavours
Natural and artificial colours
Menthol Crystals (Menthol flavours)
Nicotine (You can choose not to have the nicotine!)
Now in case you are worried by any of those ingredients, you might like to compare the above to the chemicals that are found in a conventional cigarette. When you do, you will see why Doctors and other medical professionals have stated their belief that using an electronic cigarette is approximately 4000 times safer than smoking tobacco! Ready? Here is what you can expect to find when you smoke a cigarette;
LIST OF ADDITIVES IN CONVENTIONAL TOBACCO CIGARETTES:
This is a list of 599 additives in cigarettes submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services in April 1994. It applies, as documented, only to American manufactured cigarettes intended for distribution within the United States by the listed companies. The five major tobacco companies that reported the information were:
American Tobacco Company
Brown and Williamson
Liggett Group, Inc.
Philip Morris Inc.
R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.
One significant issue is that while all these chemical compounds have been approved as additives to food, they were not tested by burning. Burning changes the properties of chemicals. More than 4,000 chemical compounds are created by burning a cigarette.

E-liquid & Nicotine Safety Information
E-Liquid, except where you have purchased it with 0 mg nicotine, contains nicotine. Nicotine in it’s pure form is classed as a poison and is extremely toxic. Ingestion of pure nicotine or contact with the skin can be lethal.
However, the quantities in our e-liquid and indeed most brands are extremely small, carefully controlled and when used as intended are believed no more harmful than the nicotine content in a tobacco cigarette. You may also choose to purchase e-liquid containing 0 mg of nicotine if you wish.
Currently the highest strength of nicotine we use in our e-liquid (as supplied by Juicy Vapor or manufactured by switch2) is 24 milligrams per milliliter of E-Liquid. This means that in 1 ml cartridge* there will be a maximum of 24/1000’s of a gram of nicotine or 2.4% (compared to 1000/1000’s of a gram in pure nicotine). Therefore in normal use it is not thought to be dangerous and has been deemed to be safe in all laboratory test of e-liquid to date. Moreover the use of e-liquid in an electronic cigarette has been deemed by Doctors and other qualified professionals to be vastly less damaging to your health than smoking tobacco, not least because e-liquid contains no carcinogens and unlike a cigarette does not produce tar or carbon monoxide when it is used. However, the long term effects and risks of using e-liquid with an electronic vaping device are not known, simply because they have not been in use long enough to assess using empirical data. Tobacco of course is a known killer.
You should however be careful where you purchase your e-liquid from and avoid buying it from suppliers who can’t tell you what’s in it. Especially because the manufacture and supply of e-liquid is not presently regulated in the UK. At Switch2 we sell Juicy Vapor E-liquid which is sourced and manufactured in the US to AESMA certified manufacturing standards, and or own Flavor Hound range made with US and EC sourced ingredients by switch2 in the UK.
Just as with other forms of nicotine consumption (cigarettes, patches, gum etc.), the use of e-liquid containing nicotine should be avoided if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, have liver or heart disease or suffer from high blood pressure. Nicotine is not good for you, being a stimulant, but the health risk is said to be roughly equivalent to that of caffeine. Nicotine has not previously been the health concern for tobacco users. If in doubt please consult your doctor.
If e-liquid comes into contact with your skin or you get some in your mouth, don’t panic, simply wash your skin or rinse your mouth with water. This is important as the nicotine content may still be absorbed through the skin, increasing your intended dose. A common indicator of consuming too much nicotine is stomach pain/discomfort. If this occurs discontinue or reduce consumption until symptoms disappear. If symptoms persist you should discontinue use and seek medical assistance / opinion.
E-liquid is not for sale to persons under 18 yrs. We recommend it only as an alternative to existing smokers who already have a nicotine habit/addiction and who are therefore established users. If you don’t already smoke, then please don’t start! Past generations had the excuse of ignorance, but starting smoking in the 21st century is really not a clever thing to do, so don't do it!
